About

About the practice.

I'm a tenured software engineer and architect with twenty years of full-stack and distributed-systems experience. I run a small, agent-augmented engineering practice: I ship and operate products (cpe-app, linkdown), I take engagements to rescue AI projects that have gotten out of hand, and I publish the methodology I use in public so other teams can adopt it.

Mission & approach

Ship real software. Own it end-to-end.

Most of my work is the kind that survives contact with production users: payments, auth, content pipelines, mobile builds, compliance filings. I don't hand off a project at launch and disappear — I run the systems I build, on call, until the customer doesn't need me anymore.

I pick projects where the work is concrete: a regulated industry with real users, a small product with measurable outcomes, or infrastructure that other teams can build on. I say no to work that requires shipping a pitch deck instead of a product.

  • 01
    I specify before I run.

Every agent gets a written contract.

  • 02
    I verify before I ship.

    Receipts, not vibes.

  • 03
    I own the on-call.

The engineer who runs the agents is the engineer on call for the code they ship.

  • 04
    I publish what I learn.

Practice, research-skills, and post-mortems are public by default.
